Audrey’s Beliefs

Message from your therapist

Audrey believes in the client’s ability to learn, grow, and make “mind-style” changes that are the key to developing the emotional fitness and flexibility that leads to transformational healing.  Through clinical training and experience with a variety of clients as well as practical experience within her own family – especially transitioning into parenting adult children – she has seen how emotional regulation skills and healthy new perspectives can be learned at any age.  Audrey’s approach to therapy is influenced by Attachment Theory, Somatic experience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
