Maybe you’re overwhelmed. Maybe your relationship feels stuck. Maybe you’re carrying something from your past that you can’t seem to move through.
Maybe you’ve spent so long taking care of everyone else that you’ve lost touch with yourself.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Maybe you’ve been holding a lot.
You may look like you’re doing just fine from the outside. But inside, you might feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of trying so hard.
You might be:
- Struggling in a relationship that matters deeply to you
- Caught in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, or people-pleasing
- Having a hard time setting boundaries without guilt
- Carrying trauma or experiences that still affect you today
- Feeling disconnected from your body, emotions, or sense of self
- Navigating grief, loss, or a major life transition
- Worried about your child or teenager
- Longing for deeper connection but unsure how to get there
Therapy for the whole of you.
Your relationships, emotions, body, history, and present circumstances all influence the way you experience the world. Our therapists work with a range of concerns while staying curious about the person underneath the symptoms.

Grief & Loss
We believe healing happens in relationship.
We’re not meant to navigate difficult things entirely on our own.
The relationship between you and your therapist matters.
It is through being seen, understood, challenged, supported, and accepted that we can begin to experience ourselves—and our relationships—differently.
And because our experiences don’t live only in our thoughts, we also pay attention to the body.
A tightening in your chest.
The urge to pull away.
The heaviness of grief.
The feeling that you need to keep everyone happy.
The restless energy that tells you you’ve been carrying too much.
These moments aren’t interruptions to therapy. They are part of the therapy.
At Kinship, relational and somatic work come together to create a space where you can explore the whole of your experience.
What happens when you reach out?

We help you find a fit
We’ll learn what you’re looking for and help connect you with a therapist whose experience and approach may be a match.
03
Begin getting to know one another
Your first session is about your story, what brings you in, and what you hope for. You don’t need perfect words.

We go from there

Finding the right therapist matters.
Our therapists bring different personalities, experiences, training, and areas of focus to their work.
Some specialize in relationships and couples therapy. Some work primarily with trauma and EMDR. Some work with children and teens. Some focus on perinatal mental health, anxiety, life transitions, or other specific concerns.
You don’t have to figure out which therapist is right for you on your own.
Tell us a little about what’s bringing you in and we’ll help you find a therapist who may be a good fit.
Not sure who to chose? That’s okay. We’ll help.
You don’t have to wait until you’re falling apart.
Maybe something has been bothering you for a while. Maybe you’ve been thinking about therapy for months. Maybe you’re tired of repeating the same patterns. Maybe you simply know that something needs to change.
You don’t have to know exactly what that change looks like yet. You can start here.
