Whitney Brenkus, LPCA

Hi there!

Whitney is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to heal and grow. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Therapy she tailors treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.

Grounded in compassion, mindfulness and a deep belief in each person’s innate resilience, Whitney helps clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions with patience and unwavering support. Known for being insightful and genuine she provides a judgment-free environment where clients can explore their emotions, challenges, relationships and goals with confidence.

She empowers clients to develop practical coping strategies, process past wounds, and move toward a more fulfilling life with clarity and self-compassion.

She meets with individuals age15 plus, in-person or by virtual appointment. In-person appointments are available in West Ashley or Mount Pleasant.
